Abstract: This research investigates the impact of agile project management on project outcomes, with objectives to: 1) evaluate the effectiveness of agile methodologies, 2) determine the impact of agile practices on project success, and 3) recommend best practices for implementing agile project management. A survey design was employed to gather data from project managers and team members experienced in agile methodologies. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 380 respondents was determined, ensuring a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error. The study was conducted in the software development sector in Lagos, where agile practices are widely adopted. The reliability coefficient score of the survey instrument was 0.87, indicating high reliability. Findings demonstrated that agile project management significantly improves project outcomes by enhancing flexibility, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. It is recommended that organizations adopt agile practices, provide agile training, and continuously refine agile processes to maximize benefits.
